   Step 1:  Complete a dog or cat application:

   Step 2:  Fax it to the attention of "ADOPTION" at
               310-280-0470 - OR click submit online.

   Step 3:  Call us to confirm receipt at 310-837-MUTT.

   Step 4:  Print and fill out our Adoption Contract and                Adoption Release:

   Step 5:  We will make sure your home is "mutt or meow                ready" and collect the contract, release and the                tax-deductible adoption donation.
